Every year we are purchasing more than 50 liters of olive oil for our own consumption as well as to fulfill the orders of friends and family. We recently bought the first batch of this year from the local mill.
This small factory located in the nearby Kızlan village, and mainly serves the local farmers. Many farmers prefer to pay the factory fee, by olive oil.. Containers below are ready to go to producers..
We bought some from the share of the mill.
Biz fabrikanın payına düşen yağlardan biraz aldık
Internet gives us many opportunities to share our experiences, but I wish there is a way now for you to smell the freshly squeezed olive oil. So rich and divine..

When I lived in Ramallah, Palestine, I couldn't find any olive oil in the shops and I was flabbergasted! I thought olive oil was everywhere in the Holy Land! My husband asked his colleagues at work why we couldn't find it, and the next day I had a collection of bottles of olive oil given to me by everybody at his office: Everybody got their supply from their village in the country and nobody bought it in the shops. It was great. I had a steady supply given to me, along with olives, for all the time I lived there -- free!
ReplyDeleteBir de Litre fiyatini yazsaydiniz cok informatif olacakti...
