This morning I took my bicycle ride around the artichoke fields, and came back with these photos...

ReplyDeleteAny idea why they weren't harvested to eat. With artichokes at 75krs each it seems a waste to let them flower, even though they are beautiful.

I've never seen artichokes in flower before. So beautiful!
